SEKONG:- Batu Sapi Member of
Parliament (MP) Datuk Linda Tsen visited the pre-school in SK Mawar to inspect
the progress of ongoing repair on facilities at the school.
She
was accompanied by staff from the Batu Sapi MP office including Head Liaison
Officer Kong Nyuk Thou.
School
officials greeted the Batu Sapi Member of Parliament before they proceeded to
inspect the repair work within the compound of Pra-Sekolah Mawar.
The
project included repair of roof, extension of canopy and constructing a cement
concrete floor. The work is ongoing and expected to be completed soon.
Officials
from the preschool had forwarded a request to Linda to help fix some of the
worn and torn facilities when she visited the school earlier this year to which
she had agreed to utilize her MP fund to carry out the work.
They
were thankful to Linda for her concern and responding to their request to
repair the school facilities.
