SANDAKAN:- Assistant Local
Government and Housing Minister Datuk Zakaria Haji Mohd Edris with Community
Development and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Jainab Ahmad Ayid during the
Social and Gotong Royong programme at SK Gum Gum in Sandakan.
Jainab visited the school which was affected in the recent flash flood,
where she participated in the gotong royong to clean the school compound.
She also distributed school bags to students during the programme
organized by her Ministry.
She was joined by Zakaria who is
also the Gum Gum State Assemblyman in the tour of the school.
On hand to greet them were school officials. Also present were Gum Gum
Community Development Leader Kamal M Said, Community Development Officer Rosly
Aziz and Libaran Wanita UMNO chief cum Political Secretary to the Chief
Minister Datuk Armani Haji Mahiruddin (middle).
